To all the wonderful people who came flooding into Bamberg’s Wunderburg on Friday for our annual “Bockbieranstich” (beer fest to celebrate the tapping of this year’s first Bock beer keg), we would like to say, “THANK YOU!” Thanks, once again, for this fantastic evening! You were sensational guests and the evening was a great success, due to you all…and this amazing Bock beer, of course 🙂 The Bock is strong and as velvety as ever. With 6.8% ABV this Bock beats a brutal drum! Golden amber, with a pure, fine hoppy fragrance and the pleasant aroma of malt. The unique feature of our Bock is its paradoxical character: on one hand velvety, almost viscous going down, while on the other it distinguishes itself with sleek, tangy hoppiness. Just let yourself melt into it…like butter. Our Mahr’s Bräu “Heller Bock” is also on sale now at our brewery shop in Bamberg’s Wunderburg and in all well-stocked retail stores.
