Meet & Greet in the Wunderburg – The WEISSE BOCK

GETTING TOGETHER WITH FRIENDS, expanding networks and celebrating WEISSEN BOCK… That was the “WEISSE BOCK Anstich 2019” – a Meet & Greet in Bamberg’s Wunderburg with a 22-year history; a true institution that is celebrated each year within a circle of tight friends. To kick off Lent on Ash Wednesday, THE WEISSE BOCK called together contemporaries from the international brewing scene; importers from England, Sweden and Italy; and, of course, loyal Mahr-tians and friends of the Wunderburger Wirtshaus-culture. We turned the entire Mahr’s Bräu Wirtshaus into a “Stammtisch” (regulars’ table), where people could talk shop, indulge in conversation and drink…because a liquid lunch does not break the fast. THE WEISSE BOCK – for connoisseurs and beer-lovers, this is a delight for the palate that reveals its perfection right from the first sip: the unique aroma of forest honey, ripe banana, and sour cherries, with the slight hint of dark cocoa and peat…all complimented by the beguiling taste of dark blueberries and a 7.2% ABV. *Translated from original German text into English by UCCB International
